Vanna White is happy with where she is and her longtime partner John Donaldson stand when it comes to their relationship.
The Wheel of Fortune star recently revealed AND! News that she feels like they are still in the honeymoon phase and don't feel the pressure of getting married.
“We’re very happy,” White, 68, told the publication. “We’ve been together for a long time and we’re just happy the way we are.”
White and the businessman have been together since 2012. The two met after a mutual friend brought Donaldson to a barbecue White was throwing, White said. People.
“Maybe people want to see us get married,” White told E! News. “When you're with someone that long, you feel like you're already married. You don't have to have that piece of paper.”
The couple has largely remained out of the public eye, with White rarely posting photos of them together on her social media.
However, White revealed that they have maintained their tradition of annual holiday travel, and she even posted photos from their trips on Instagram.
“We always go to Hawaii for Christmas break,” White said. “It’s warm and tropical and a nice way to get away from the big city.”
Back in October 2023, White posted a selfie of her and Donaldson on an island with a beautiful rainbow in the background.

Previously, in an interview with 2023 magazine, White said he was happy being Donaldson's boyfriend and girlfriend. Peoplesaying, “I feel like we are married. Should we get married? No, because we feel comfortable in our relationship.”
Adding: “I know he's the one. He knows I'm the one.”
Then she noted that from the very beginning of the relationship they instantly found a common language. She credited their compatibility and independence as the reasons for their success.
“I remember looking at him and thinking, 'He's really cute,'” she told the magazine. “We talked for a long time that evening.”
“It just works,” she added. “He lets me be me, I let him be him. There's no drama.”
While she and Donaldson have no plans to tie the knot anytime soon, they are very much family.
Over the years, the construction company owner included White's family holiday cards, which also feature her son Nikko Santo Pietro and daughter Gigi Santo Pietro.
White shares two children with her ex-husband George Santo Pietro. The couple was married from 1990 to 2002.
