Frosty the Snowman begins with Wizard Hinkle's school Christmas party going wrong. After he throws his top hat, a group of children stumble upon him. They build a snowman, call him Frosty and put a hat on his head.
Frosty then comes to life and bonds with the children. However, as the temperature changes and rises, they fear for Frosty's future.
