— DreamWorks Animation's sequel “Bad Boys 2” (Friday, November 21, Peacock) brings back a reformed animal crime gang for another heist. Featuring a returning cast including Sam Rockwell, Awkwafina, Craig Robinson, Anthony Ramos and Marc Maron, the film pits the Bad Boys against a new heist team: the Bad Girls. — “Roses,” directed by Jay Roach (“Meet the Parents”) and written by Tony McNamara (“Poor Boys”), is a remake of Danny DeVito's 1989 dark comedy “The War of the Roses.” This version stars Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch as a loving couple who become sworn enemies. In his review, Kennedy called “Roses” “a escalating hate-fest that by the time the loaded gun pops out, all the fun has been sucked out.”
— Musical theater lovers, your time has come… again. “Wicked: For Good” is on its way, and the official soundtrack will be released along with it. On Friday, after or before you see the film in theaters, stream its uplifting songs to your heart's content. Hawes (“Bodyguard”) plays a retired assassin living alone on a Greek island whose peaceful life is turned upside down when her estranged son (Highmour) comes to visit. When these two find themselves in danger, they must work together to stay alive. The premiere will take place on Thursday.
