(TSX-V:WHN) announces that it has become aware of legal proceedings against its former chief financial officer, Sean Pollard, alleging that Mr Pollard breached certain provisions Securities Law (British Columbia), arising from actions that occurred in September 2018, was suspended on October 9, 2025. The Company understands that the stay of the proceedings has effectively terminated the prosecution against Mr Pollard.
No such allegations have ever been brought against the Company or any of its directors or other officers.
