Weekend Update Reunites Amy Poehler, Tina Fey & Seth Meyers

It was old home week. SNL's Weekend Update, how Amy Poehler joined him Tina Fey And Seth Meyers trading gags with Colin Jost and Michael Che.

In the joke, everyone had to find new, amazing ways to laugh at real headline about A Tennessee woman broke a hospital record by giving birth to a 13-pound baby. Poehler started the competition by saying the baby was so big that “it kicked the doctor's butt.”

Fey went on to say, “The woman gave birth to a baby weighing 13 pounds and the newborn's name is AAAAAA.” Meyers picked up the baton, joking: “The woman gave birth to a 13-pound baby. Damn, did she give birth to him? Or did she kick him out?”

Next it was Che's turn. “Here's a fun fact. As soon as the baby was born, the woman was running around the room like a deflated balloon.” Fey continued, “A Tennessee woman gave birth to a 13-pound baby because it's Tennessee and the baby was pregnant, too.”

Another highlight of a busy session at the update table was Che's joke about AI to Jost. He talked about the notorious Sora app and how it allows “users to create their own cameos in videos, and they're pretty realistic. I mean, I did that before the show.”

Yost responded, “Very glad this came out.”
