Amazon usually misses DualSense Edge deals like deserts miss rain, and this year is no different. Prime days of big deals Sales event. Luckily, Walmart took advantage of this weakness in the US by ditching the PS5's premium panel. $179 (was $199.99).

This is by no means the best price we've ever seen for the DualSense Edge. Earlier this year, PlayStation's Days of Play sale slashed the price of the controller by $30, bringing it down to $169.99. However, Walmart's offer is solid if you don't want to shell out 200 large under normal circumstances.
Things are a little bleaker in the UK, where the best rate is £189.88 (was £199.99) at Amazonespecially for the Midnight Black variant. It's such a small savings that I can't wholeheartedly recommend it, but it's there in case you're particularly interested.
Today's best DualSense Edge deals
Although I gave the initial rating of three and a half stars DualSense Edge in my original reviewthis was done in the context of its incredible starting price. This has since been permanently reduced by £10 in the UK and offers like this definitely make the controller easier to recommend.
It's still one of best PS5 controllers on the market today. The Edge boasts excellent build quality, and additional features like switching button profiles and trigger stops make it an impressively versatile gamepad.
Add to that a dedicated carrying case and a set of extra rear controllers for additional input assignments, and the Edge offers many of the distinctive features you'd expect from a premium PS5 controller. Definitely worth a try at this discounted price while supplies last. And judging by the number of people who currently have it in their cart at Walmart, it likely won't last long.
