TORONTO — The Blue Jays unveiled their 26-man roster for the American League Championship Series against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday. Bo Bichette, who is still bothered by a knee injury, will not be available for Toronto.

Bichette, who has been out since Sept. 6, should once again make way for Andres Jimenez at shortstop. Addison Barger, Ernie Clement, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and Isaiah Kiner-Falefa are other in-form athletes who primarily play in the infield.
While Bichette also missed the previous 3 of 5 series against the New York Yankees, veteran pitchers of the era Chris Bassitt and Max Scherzer will return to the lineup against the Mariners. However, their use remains to be determined.
One thing is for sure: Kevin Gausman is the Blue Jays' announced starter for Game 1 on Sunday night.
