Andy Cohen shared some exciting news about the fate of the fan-favorite Real Housewives at BravoCon.
In a video posted on Bravo's website Instagram On November 16 at BravoCon in Las Vegas, Cohen addressed the elephant in the room: When will Real Housewives Girls' Trip return to air?
“Folks, 'Ultimate Girls Trip' is coming back and it's coming to Bravo in 2026,” announced Cohen, an executive producer of the “Real Housewives” franchise. “This is Real Housewives: The Ultimate Journey, celebrating the 20th anniversary of Real Housewives.”
Cohen teased what fans can expect from the series, adding, “We'll have iconic Housewives going on the journey of a lifetime to Housewife Cities, where they'll be joined by iconic Housewives – past and present – from the last two decades.”
Frances Berwick, chairman of Bravo and Peacock Unscripted, shared a statement about the series with Bravoexplaining, “For two decades, The Real Housewives has amplified women's voices, highlighting their ambition, humor and strength, inspiring millions with their unapologetic authenticity.”
“'Real Housewives: Ultimate Road Trip' is a love letter to the women who made reality television a cultural phenomenon, and to the fans who were there for every laugh, sigh, toast and turn of the table,” Berwick added.
The announcement for the show stated that “a group of beloved Housewives from across the years embark on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.” The journey will begin where it all began, in Orange County, with the grand finale taking place on the East Coast.
“Along the way, viewers can expect nostalgic reunions, heartfelt revelations, casual humor and the incredible dynamics that only Housewives can provide,” the announcement reads.
A release date has not yet been announced, but the show is scheduled to premiere in 2026 on Bravo.
The Real Housewives franchise began in March 2006 with The Real Housewives of Orange County, which featured Kimberly Bryant, Joe De La Rosa, Vicki Gunvalson, Gina Keough and Laurie Waring as part of the first season cast.
Over the next two decades, the series expanded beyond Orange County to New York, Atlanta, New Jersey, Miami, Salt Lake City and other cities. It also inspired many spin-off series, including Vanderpump Rules.
The Real Housewives Girls' Journey premiered in November 2021 and features a stellar cast of Real Housewives: Cynthia Bailey, Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Luann de Lesseps, Kenya Moore, Kyle Richards and Ramona Singer.
The spin-off series has now aired for four seasons with a rotating cast of housewives. The final season premiered in December 2023 and ran until early January 2024.
BravoCon 2025 was full of Cohen announcements. The producer shared news about the cast for the next season of The Real Housewives of New York City. was fixed, and he revealed trailer for the newest addition to the franchise, “The Real Housewives of Rhode Island.”
