Two classic N64 platformers join Nintendo Switch Online later this month

Two classic N64 platformers are coming to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers this month.

The first one Rayman 2: The Great Escapefrom Ubisoft, which was first released on the N64 in 1999 along with PC, PlayStation and Dreamcast. It was the second game in the Rayman series, following the character's side-scrolling debut in 1995, and the first Rayman game in 3D.

The second is Tonic Trouble, also from Ubisoft, conceptualized by Rayman creator Michel Ancel. It was also released in 1999 and puts players in the role of the purple alien Ed (great name) on a mission to stop the drunkard Grög from conquering the world. He can also turn into SuperEd by eating popcorn – I wish I could do the same.
