President Trump and Prime Minister Israel Benjamin Netanyahu appeared together in the White House on Monday, where they promised the support of the US plan to ensure the liberation of the remaining hostages and put an end to the war in gas.
“We are minimal, very, very close. And I think that we are outside of very close ones, ”Trump said at a press conference with Netanyahu. “And I want to thank Bibi for really getting there and went on work.”
Mirror announcement Last week, last week, during the United Nations General Assembly last week, during the General Assembly of the United Nations last week, during the general rapprochement of the two-year anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel, it approaches Palestinian statehood as a growing list.
In anticipation of the meeting, the White House released its multi -point plan of the world. [Scroll down to read the White House's plan.] The plan for 20 points will immediately put an end to the Israeli war in the territory, increase assistance in gas and demand that Hamas release the remaining Israeli hostages within 48 hours. The “Trump economic development plan” will be created to restore the gases, including a special economic zone with preferred tariffs and access indicators.
“The hostages are returning,” Trump said.
Netanyahu, who spoke further, said that he supports Trump's plans, which, according to him, “achieves our goals of war.”
“I believe that today we are taking a critical step towards the cessation of the war in gas, and in creating a scene for the sharp development of the world in the Middle East, and I think that outside the Middle East and very important Muslim countries,” Netanahah said.
Hamas had not yet accepted this proposal and resisted the specific measures that are set out in the proposal.
“The whole military, terrorist and offensive infrastructure, including tunnels and production facilities of weapons, will be destroyed rather than rebuild,” the plan says.
Unlike Trump's earlier comments, to withdraw the Palestinians from the region and rebuild the gas strip, the White House plan says that the Palestinians will be recommended to stay and help “build the best gas”.
“No one will be forced to leave the gas, and those who want to leave will be free to do this and return freely,” the plan says.
Trump was one of the strongest supporters of Netanyahu, but he was more and more disappointed with the prime minister, as the war dragged on, and the loss of life grew. Earlier this month, Trump claimed that he was blind when Israel struck Hamas officials in QatarKey American ally and intermediary in negotiations on ceasefire.
A few hours before their joint press conference, Netanyahu called Prime Minister Katar Al Tanya from the oval office and apologized for the Israeli missile strike, the White House statement said.
“He also regretted that, aiming at Hamas's leadership during negotiations for hostages, Israel violated the Qatari sovereignty and confirmed that Israel would no longer conduct such an attack in the future,” the White House statement said.
Trump said that he expects Hamas will accept plans, believing that it would probably be easier when Israel is killed by so many of its leaders.
But if Hamas rejects this proposal, Trump said that Israel will have complete support to “finish the work” of the destruction of Hamas.
“Everyone understands that the end result should be the elimination of any danger in the region,” Trump said. “And this danger is caused by Hamas.”
