Travis Kelsey just told me what he orders when he's at his place and Patrick Mahomes“New steakhouse…and the food is just like how fans would describe it—rich and buttery!”
The topic of food came up on Wednesday's episode “New Heights” — When Jason Kelsey announced he'll be heading to 1587 Prime for the first time next week… while he's in Kansas City to cover the Chiefs' “Monday Night Football” game against the Commanders.
Jason asked Travis what he should order when he plopped down in one of the booths at the swanky establishment… and Kelsey Jr. gave him some recommendations.
The Chiefs eventually suggested starting with lobster rolls, hamachi and unique steakhouse fare on cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets.

He then revealed his favorite order when it comes to entrees…telling Jason that he prefers the A5 NY Japanese strip steak with black truffle oil and a side of truffle fettuccine – a feast that will cost the average person at the restaurant about $173.
Jason wasn't thrilled with the order—he admitted he's not a fan of added butter ingredients—but said he'd do it “because I love you.”
Eatery as you know opened last month … and Travis and Taylor Swift have already been spotted on several dates there.
There's no word yet on what the “Opalita” singer will receive… but we're pretty sure. her signature cocktail makes a cut.
