If someone asked you to name the thing you like most about your partner, what would you say? You'll likely share different qualities about them, such as how thoughtful they are, how they always support you, or how they constantly inspire you to be a better person.
In a recent episode KardashianTravis was asked to talk about what he likes most about Kourt, who he has been with since 2020. He started off strong, calling her “such a great mom” and a “great wife.”
“She's a good kisser. She has beautiful legs. She has great hygiene,” Travis said, noting that Kourtney also “flosses every day.”
Courtney was clearly flattered…
However, the Internet had other thoughts.
One person indicated“He mentioned NOTHING about Courtney as a person or her personality/personality, mostly about what she does for him, pretty much (except hygiene and dental floss).”
“I thought it was weird,” another shared. “The fact that my boyfriend wipes his ass properly doesn't even cross my mind when someone asks me why I like him.”
Others are also stuck on the hygiene part. “Does she have good hygiene??” one person wrote, while another wondered, “Does she use thread? Do you hate your wife?
Some also noted how much the list is based on physical materials. “The fact that he chooses things related to her body is remarkable,” one person shared. “When asked to think about what he likes most about her, he seems to think first of his physical relationship to her body.”
Some have tried to defend Travis by pointing out that Kourtney—the founder of a lifestyle website, owner of a vitamin brand, and mother of four—has made things like motherhood and health part of her brand. But not everyone went for it.
“I mean, there are layers to a person that you expect your partner to pick up on,” one said. “Everyone has layers, even Kourtney. Honestly, it would be dark if my boyfriend told someone that he liked me for my ability to breastfeed a baby or keep the house clean. Either Travis didn't know what to say at the moment, or he really wasn't paying attention. Anyway, I thought it was funny, when I really thought about it, it's a little sad.”
Some people suggested that Travis may have just been a little awkward in front of the cameras. “I think he’s just a clumsy, clumsy guy,” someone said. “I think he doesn’t know how to do reality TV anymore. In an interview about her, he says very kind words about her. Even before they dated, he talked about how much he loved her and how close they were.”
People also speculated that Travis may have wanted to keep deeper things under wraps. “There is a difference between what they say to the press and to each other,” one viewer wrote. “The reality is they were good friends WAY before they started dating and obviously value each other a lot more than what he says, plus Travis' kids seem to love Kourtney. We forget that these are veteran celebrities who are very particular about what they share.”
