There are quite a few things in Top War that can be considered “farmable”, and in certain situations, heroes can be considered one of those things. And since there are so many heroes, it can be quite difficult to choose a few and make them your number one priority.
However, don't despair, below we have compiled a list of the best heroes in the game so that you can choose the best ones according to your needs. Most of the heroes on the Top War tier list are SSRs.
Before we look at the Top War tier list, I'll start by mentioning that hero rarity (SSR, SR, and R) plays a very important role in the game. The higher the rarity of a hero, the more troops can join him in battle (SSR heroes can take many more troops than R-heroes).
So it's no surprise that all the top tier heroes are SSRs. If you want to get SSR heroes too, all you have to do is keep playing the game – even as a f2p player, you're sure to get a few heroes eventually!
All heroes have a type: some are Air Force heroes, some are Army heroes, some are Navy heroes. In the tier list, you will find them all divided by type, so it will be much easier for you to choose the best ones based on what they should specialize in.
