Lara Croft is making its way to Android and iOS
Feral Interactive announced that Tomb Raider will be released on iOS and Android on February 12, 2026. This release features the first chapter of the game. Crystal Dynamics' the acclaimed “Survivor Trilogy” for mobile devices, the first complete modern console version of Tomb Raider available on phones and tablets.
The game follows a young Lara Croft as she embarks on her first archaeological expedition, but it ends in disaster when a storm lands her shipwrecked on the mysterious island of Yamatai. Stranded and unprepared, Lara wages a brutal fight to stay alive. Her struggle for survival gradually turns into a dangerous journey into the dark history of the island. She will have to overcome deadly traps, confront hostile enemies and uncover long-forgotten secrets. Starting with more than determination and instinct, Lara grows stronger as she strives to escape Yamatai's grasp.
The mobile version features a complete origin story, including all the major puzzles, cinematics, and combat encounters from the original console version. Players will have access to Lara's full range of weapons and skills, as well as 12 downloadable content packs, at no additional cost. They're adding additional upgrades, outfits, and a bonus challenge tomb to expand the options.
Designed specifically for mobile devices, Tomb Raider features a fully customizable touchscreen layout that combines exploration, puzzles and combat. The game includes gamepad support, as well as keyboard and mouse support on iPadOS and Android. It will also offer gyroscopic aiming on compatible devices. Players can adjust image quality and performance through optimization settings, choosing between smoother gameplay or higher graphics fidelity.
Tomb Raider will be released on iOS and Android on February 12, 2026, priced at $19.99, £12.99, or €15.99, subject to regional differences. Pre-orders are open on the App Store, and Android users can pre-register on Google Play.
