Timothée Chalamet appears to be addressing rumors that viral masked rapper EsDeeKid is his alter ego.
The Oscar nominee, who turns 30 on December 27, raps alongside the anonymous Liverpool hip-hop star in the official video for EsDeeKid's new track “4 Raws Remix”, released on December 19.
In the clip shared by both artists on Instagramthe duo wears an EsDeeKid uniform consisting of hoodies and bandanas that carefully conceal his face. Together they read the lyrics to the song while dancing in the store.
At one point, Chalamet pulls his hoodie off his face and raps several boastful verses that refer to both his Hollywood career and his career. Kylie Jenner's real girlfriendwhose Billionaire status made headlines.
“This is Timothée Chalamet chillin', tryna make $100 million / Girl got a billion / What the hell, what a wonderful feeling,” he raps.
He later adds: “My life is an opera, watch the Oscars, look at the groupies, watch the movies.”
The Oscar nominee also mentions the name of his new film, Marty Supreme, several times throughout the song.

EsDeeKid is an English rapper from Liverpool, known for not revealing his face. Keeping his identity a secret, only his eyes are visible behind his mask and hoodie.
Rumors that Chalamet was EsDeeKid's secret identity began shortly after the rapper's debut album, Rebel, was released in June.
People online also noticed the similarity in both artists' eyes.
“These are the eyes of Chalament,” Willie Geist said during the Dec. 17 meeting. Today with Jenna and friends episode in which Jenna Bush Hager added, “It looks like Chalamet's eyes.”
They both agreed at the time that it was an actor, but Rachel Smith didn't think it was the same person.
When Chalamet was directly asked to confirm the rumors during an interview on December 11 on a British radio program”Hearty breakfast” the actor played the shy one.
“Everything will be revealed in due time,” he teased.
As people get more responses (and continue to get confused), he and the tagged EsDeeKid also appeared together in a photo posted by artist Archie Erskine on Instagram after the release of their song.
Chalamet, however, is known for his connections to music: he played Bob Dylan in last year's Total Unknown and sings in Wonka. The actor also previously adopted the image of a rapper.
