With the holidays just around the corner, you can expect a lot of holiday countdown calendars or advent calendars to come out. We've already seen the last of Legowhich was difficult to keep in stock, but Disney Store maybe just raising the bar.
This one alone blew me away Star wars fan and we exclusively reveal Star Wars Legacy Lightsaber Countdown Calendar from Disney Store. It's an aptly named product, as hidden behind paper boxes that look straight out of the Star Wars universe is the franchise's iconic lightsaber.
While it's not a full 24-day countdown, the 12 days are full of intrigue as you won't know until you open it whether you're getting Yoda's iconic green saber or Darth Vader's red saber. It'll likely be at the top of the list for many Star Wars fans – and not just during the holiday season.
I'll explain why this is below, but let's talk about the most important price and launch date. The Lightsaber Hilts Star Wars Miniature Legacy Countdown Calendar goes on sale tomorrow, October 20, 2025, for $99.99. If you are in the UK, it's available to order now, priced at £90. That works out to about $12 for the hilt and display of the mini lightsaber, so while it may be more expensive than the typical countdown kit, it's in line with overall Star Wars collectibles.
Lego is taking a fun approach to their Star Wars advent calendar and I'm excited to open mine before the holiday. You might, like me, use this to count down to your trip to Galaxy's EdgeStar Wars lands in Disneyland or Disney World.
Once unboxed, you'll find each of the lightsabers in a Star Wars themed box with a card showing who used the lightsaber and other key details. Perhaps they were transported to Millennium Falcon or stored in the storage compartment on Death Star! The display case is clear and each grip case connects to the others as you unbox it for easy display.
Once you have unpacked all 12 pieces, you can stack them four high and three across. While they don't light up, make sounds, or include an illuminated blade, the level of detail in each hilt—and the extensive depiction of characters from across the Star Wars franchise—will certainly please fans. The included lightsaber hilts were used by Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Yoda, Ben Solo, Kylo Ren, Qui-Gon Jinn, Mace Windu, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, Rey, Count Dooku and Anakin Skywalker.
If you're in need of a stocking stuffer or just looking to add to your Droid figure collection, the next Droid Factory figure will be released in the Disney Store with this countdown calendar. This time it's DJR-3X, who was originally a pilot and now spins tunes as a DJ at Oga's Cantina in Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland and Disney World.
This droid comes in classic packaging and has some moving parts, but more importantly, it meets the requirements of DJs seen in parks, coupled with proper weather conditions. The Droid Factory DJR-3X figure will also be available tomorrow for $14.99. Disney Store.
