This almost always backfired and made Liverpool worse, destroying their momentum and chances of getting back into the game.
Ultimately, there are many problems at Liverpool right now, but the biggest one for Slot is his in-game management. He doesn't need to make such drastic and radical decisions.

He has players who are good enough to make a difference on the field. He has a system that worked for him last season, and part of that success was due to the fact that Slott didn't change a lot of things.
He almost never changed his options. However, just when he feels a little under pressure, he suddenly resorts to changing things up.
It's what you do in Football Manager when you're desperate, and it's not something an elite manager should do week after week.
