This ‘invisible’ smart lock is 29% off for Black Friday

Level locks are one of our favorite smart home security products for the simple reason that they don't look like smart locks. Unlike most competitors, there is no heavy frame on the inside of your door, and the outside is no different from a regular deadbolt.

All the electronics that make these locks smart are hidden inside the lock itself, and the battery that powers the mechanism is hidden inside the deadbolt. Amazon is selling the Wi-Fi and Matter versions of the Level Smart Lock+ for just $249—that's 29% off the Wi-Fi version and 24% off the Matter version.

Wi-Fi version includes a pluggable bridge that connects the lock to your Wi-Fi network. It is available in your choice of matte black, polished brass, satin chrome or satin nickel. Matter version communicates with your network using Thread and is thus dependent on a Matter-compatible smart home hub (e.g. Amazon Echo, Apple TV, Nest Audio, SmartThings Station, etc.). Only matte black and satin nickel of this model are available for sale.

Both locks are compatible with all important smart home ecosystems, including Apple Home Key, and can be locked and unlocked with touch, an iPhone or Android smartphone, voice command, or a physical key. Level also offers NFC cards, key fobs and a numeric keypad as accessories.
