The first glance on how the Intuit platform supports the daily work of Canadian owners of small businesses.
There are several things that I hate more than what they pull me out of the stream.
As an entrepreneur managing several enterprises, I am constantly forced to switch to context. And yes, I am one of those people with an endless number of open browser tabs, and I am proud of it. I know exactly why everyone is open and in what order. Organized chaos. Iykyk.
But sometimes this chaos becomes the best. And I know that I am not alone.
“I am excited to get an instrument and use it as the only place for the development and management of my business.”
I juggle with a few roles. I am a self-employed leader in marketing, a male stylist, a freelance writer and teacher, and the preservation of all this means that he relies on a patchwork blanket of online tools that rarely work in synchronization. Sometimes I forget to continue with the client of the style or realize a few weeks later that I never sent an account for the seminar. When there is not enough time, everything slips through the cracks.
So when Intuitive I asked me to check the rethought Quickbooks on the Intuit platform, now available in Canada, I was excited when I saw how it could facilitate my life.
Already today, 10 million small and medium -sized enterprises around the world are served on the Intuit platform. And Intuit, which is also a manufacturer of products such as Mailchimp and Turbotax, is quietly working on a more powerful version of QuickBooks to combine work processes, automation of time and deeper ideas in one place for business clients.
For small enterprises, this means less switching the context, fewer browser tabs and digital teammates to perform repeating work. It seems that I need.
Interface
I had the opportunity to see a new platform in action, and my first impression was that the new user interface was modern and organized. I wanted to explore each tab to find out its true ability. But I will be honest, there are a lot. At first I felt a frightened idea of studying another system.
But processed navigation is distinguished. The menu was restructured to easily find what I need to do quickly. There is also a business feed that recommends tasks that help increase efficiency. This means that I do not need to accept every function on the first day, and the platform can scale with me. But this also will not allow me to forget on the fight against tools that can make me more productive.
Integration
How they are innovations and created their capabilities of the platform. Intuit interviewed the owners of the small business and found that they use from seven to 25 tools to manage their daily activities.
I became curious and considered mine. I use 16 tools. Between accounting, analytics of data and marketing, it is quickly added. Even the reduction in this will double so many brain spaces.
In the new Quickbooks, all essential items, such as accounting, expenses and accounts, the new customer center, live under “my applications” in the left navigation. There are also integrations with Mailchimp and other tools, which means that I do not need to jump between the entrances to the system or study the version of the Quickbooks software, which I already use. I can save my work processes the same, only in one central place.
Agents
The model that I tried is just beta -version, but Intuit does not stop there. In the coming months, the expert platform managed by II Intuit will also deploy AI agents using an agent. Think about it like a chat -bots, and more about virtual assistants who study and become smarter when you work with them.
Agents will be available for accounting, finance, customers and project management. They will process things such as automatically classify transactions and analysis of financial data for forecasting, in fact, performing work for you.
Client's journey
One of the functions that I am especially excited is managing the life cycle of customers. Until recently, my business style was concentrated mainly on new customers. But this summer I began to see regular customers, and I was looking for a tool that helps to manage my sales and customer relations. Most CRM platforms are too expensive or too difficult for the size of my business, so I tracked most of my business manually.
But the new possibility of QuickBooks, Hub Customer, allows me to follow potential customers from the initial consultation up to payment, and also helps me determine repeated customers. Right now I can create grades and collect reviews. But soon I will also be able to make meetings, sign contracts directly on the platform and use an agent for the art of the client to identify, qualify and conversion of potential customers.
The ability to track my customers, automate subsequent observations and meet them in one place, will change the rules of the game. I will not only be able to track everyday data, but all the related data will help me more quickly accept future business solutions.
I am excited to get a tool in my own hands and use it as the only place for the development and management of my business. Until now, “we” had in mind that I wear every hat. With everything in one place and soon, the help of artificial intelligence agents, it will be more like teamwork.
