Ninja Gaiden 4 is a big deal because it's the return of a beloved Ninja Gaiden action franchise. But it's also a big deal because it's a team-up between beloved action game developers Team Ninja and Platinum Games. There aren't many third-person action games these days like Devil May Cry 5, Bayonetta 3And Star Blade. Fans of the genre are very happy to know that Ninja Gaiden 4 has become a hit. Our reviewer concluded: “Combat is intuitive and incredibly fluid. Navigating the environment is more fun than ever, turning every battle into a ballet of acrobatics and combat.” Ninja Gaiden 4 was one of the most anticipated games of the month, so its 90 points made it an obvious inclusion in the “Good” section of the three best (and worst) video games for October 2025.
