November 2025 was slower than average November. Most of the games in this article went unnoticed. But the month's top-performing game was also the month's biggest release. Don't sleep on 117: Pax Romana. This is a real-time city building strategy game that we gave 89/100. Without further ado, here are the three best (and worst) video games for November 2025:

ARK Raiders

ARC Raiders is a third-person shooter. The action takes place in the near future, where soldiers fight robots. The gameplay is very polished and every shooter fan will find a lot of variety. Our reviewer concluded that ARC Raiders is a “confident and cohesive mix of systems and a simple, addictive loop.” Shooter fans looking for something new should definitely take note. But ARC Raiders isn't the only shooter in the “Good” section of the three best (and worst) video games of November 2025…
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is the best Call of Duty game for many years. It contains a ton of content right out of the gate, including 18 multiplayer maps. Our reviewer liked the campaign, especially the campaign part. They also noted the “fully realized Zombies mode, which is arguably the best Zombies mode at launch there has ever been.” The game has some performance issues, so the fact that Call of Duty Black Ops 7 still scores 90/100 is a testament to how good the game is. This is by far the biggest release on the “Three Best (and Worst) Video Games” list for November 2025.
Lumins arise

Lumines Arise is the latest game in the long-running Lumines puzzle series. The main gameplay involves clearing blocks by forming 2×2 patterns of matching colors. Creating 3×3 or larger clusters increases the player's score, frees up more space, and opens up new possibilities. Our reviewer wrote: “The integration of graphics, gameplay and sound is phenomenal, creating a surprisingly addictive puzzle game.” Lumines Arise is the third of three games in the “Good” section of the “Three Best (and Worst) Video Games of November 2025” list, receiving a score of 90/100.
