OnePlus previously announced that OnePlus Watch Lite was on the wayand now the affordable wearable is official, coming in a single 45mm size, with up to 10 days of battery life and a 1.46-inch screen with peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits.
This exceeds the peak brightness of 2200 nits OnePlus Watch 3And another key reason why you might choose the Lite model is the price. It will currently cost £159/€159. on the OnePlus websitecompared to $499 / £269 / AU$499 / €299 for the flagship model. It's important to note that the new model will not be available in the US or Australia.
Considering all the specs, features and prices, this might just be the best smartwatch OnePlus has released yet, although we'll have to test it to be sure. You can choose it in two colors: Black Steel or Silver Steel.
Another difference from the OnePlus Watch 3 is that you don't get GoogleWear OS software here. Instead, there's OxygenOS Watch 7.1. operating system designed by OnePlus and has a simple and clear look.
Design and tracking
In terms of design, there are certain features of the OnePlus Watch 3, including a rotating crown and a sensor on the right side of the case. The sensor provides the 60-second health check that we've seen on previous OnePlus smartwatches.
However, it is important to note that the OnePlus Watch Lite is thinner and lighter than the previous model, as the name suggests. This is a bonus if you're going to use it to track your workouts and sleep.
Speaking of activity tracking, the watch is capable of tracking heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and over 100 types of workouts. It is IP68 rated for waterproof and dustproof, and can be worn while swimming. The latter is possible thanks to the 5 ATM rating, which corresponds to a depth of 50 meters.
Another notable feature: OnePlus Watch Lite can be connected to both iPhone and Android devices, so it is an alternative best apple watches. Apart from the watch, OnePlus also released OnePlus Pad Go 2 And OnePlus 15R.
