We live in a world full of health and fitness trackersand as a result, more screens are competing for our attention. Yes, there are screenless ones smart rings, such as Ring of OuraAnd Oops 5.0performance tracking and recovery group, but they still require applications.
Now the Luna Band, presented on CES 2026could eliminate screens entirely, relying solely on their voice rather than finger scrolling.

While traditional fitness trackers collect as much information as possible on your wrist—heart rate, temperature, and activity level—they lack the context that only you can provide. For example, although the tracker may detect that you slept worse one night, it won't understand why unless you log that information yourself.
Health trackers also typically require you to log additional lifestyle factors that they can't detect from your wrist, such as your mood, nutrition, the type of workouts you've done, and any additional symptoms you're experiencing. According to the company, Luna Band can track all aspects of your health.
But what happens if you want to know more about your health metrics and you usually check the app? The Luna Band still tracks activity, stress, sleep and more with its motion sensors and optical sensors, but transmits that information through a compatible smartphone or headphones. Compatible with apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, and period tracker Clue, LifeOS AI can also answer any of your health-related questions.
The best part? Luna Band doesn't require a subscription like Whoop 5.0, which costs between $149 and $359 per year. There's no word on the cost or availability of the band, but the fact that you won't have to pay for it annually could make it a worthy competitor to other wellness trackers on the market.
