Every year MIT Technology Review Newsroom is a list of some of the most promising climatic technological firms on the planet. This is an exercise, which, as we hope, will attract positive attention to companies operating for decarbonization of the main sectors of the economy, whether by promoting new, cleaner energy sources or rethinking how we produce products and distribute goods.
Although the political and financing landscape has changed dramatically in the United States since last year, nothing has changed the urgency of the climate that the world is now facing – we need to quickly restrain the emissions of greenhouse gases to avoid the most catastrophic consequences of climate change. This project emphasizes firms that make progress in this purpose.

Our best weapon against climate change is ingenuity
– Bill Gates is a technologist, a business lover and philanthropist.
This is a predetermined conclusion that the world will not correspond to the goals of restriction of emissions and global warming set forth in the 2015 Paris Agreement. Many people want to blame politicians and corporations of this failure, but there is an even more fundamental reason: we do not have all the technological tools that we need, and many of those that we have is too expensive.
But I do not think this is the reason to be pessimistic. I consider this a reason for optimism, because people are very good in the invention of things. In fact, we have already created many tools that reduce emissions. And I am sure that more positive changes come. Read the full storyField
Another attempt to track ice raids was just removed
People over papers, crowdsourcing project, which displays observations of immigration agents, were shot yesterday by the autonomous platform of Padlet, a joint platform for the ads on which it was built.
