It's worth noting that Telus' Bring it Back program lasts 24 months (or two years) and requires customers to return their device (in “good working condition”) at the end of the contract or pay a fee to keep it. In my experience, this really made learning a new device easier. Most available phone discounts also use Telus' premium financing option to help customers save on “high-end” devices.
