Kennedy and host Ben Hebert won Olympic gold in 2010 on the team Kevin Martin missed out on. Kennedy and Hebert returned to the Games in 2018 with skip Kevin Coe.
Gallant, who won Olympic bronze three years ago on the team missed by Brad Gushue, also qualified to play for Canada in mixed doubles at the 2026 Games with Jocelyn Peterman.
Homan's Olympic comeback
Rachel Homan, Tracey Fleury, Emma Miskew and Sarah Wilkes will represent Canada at the Milan-Cortina Olympics after defeating Christina Black's team in the Canadian curling final.
Homan's team beat Black 12-3 in the second game of the best-of-three Olympic curling finals in Halifax on Saturday. This will be her third consecutive Olympic appearance.
“We’re very happy,” Homan said. “There are no words to describe how you put that maple leaf on your back at the Olympics.”
Homan played on the women's team alongside Miskew at the 2018 Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. She returned to the 2022 Beijing Games to play mixed doubles with John Morris. Homan missed the podium both times.
After a tight 5-4 win over the Blacks on Friday, Homan's team dominated the second game and were in complete control, scoring four points in the third end at Scotiabank Center.
