LEGO has released a lot new sets in 2025 and some of them are already receiving discounts. Target just announced a LEGO sale that includes some amazing deals from popular franchises like Harry Potter, Wicked, Minecraft, and more. There's a lot to choose from in this sale, but the most notable discounts are the popular new sets that actually just came out recently.
It's not often you see new releases get discounts like this. We usually start seeing price drops a year or more after a set is released or when LEGO is close to being discontinued, so seeing such significant discounts so early on is definitely noteworthy. New LEGO sets on sale at Target
Target is offering up to 30% off LEGO sets right now, but that doesn't mean everything on sale gets the deepest discount. Some of these sets, like Minecraft Creeper, are only down 20%. However, since these sets are still new, any discount is a lot. Almost all the sets presented here have never dropped in price yet.
LEGO Wicked Bookends 30% Off This is a discount I never thought I'd ever see, let alone just a month after its release. This set was featured in the LEGO Store almost immediately upon release and has been incredibly popular ever since. I really am I had the opportunity to assemble this set myself last month and I loved the experience. It works great both as a LEGO build and as a functional pair of bookends.
Another new set included here that I have some hands-on experience with is the LEGO Chomping Monster Book of Monsters set. I there was a chance to build it back in June and found it to be a great option for both kids and adults. It was released along with other Harry Potter sets back in June, but was not as popular as the Hogwarts Express Book Nook, which was released at the same time. With a 20% discount, it becomes dangerously affordable for under $50.
In addition to the Harry Potter and Wicked sets, this sale features quite a few Minecraft builds. Of these discounts, the most notable is the price reduction on The Creeper set and the advent calendar. Creeper has become one of the best-selling Minecraft sets since it was released. came out back in June and the advent calendar is currently on sale at its lowest price ever. Both are great gift options for a Minecraft fan this holiday season.
