Tales of row Producer Yusuke Tomizawa revealed in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu Tales of Xilia 2 remaster in development and next remaster Tales of The game should be announced relatively soon.
“We have formed teams with several partner development companies, and including projects from the review stage to the late development stage, there are more than two games in development,” Tomizawa said. “The pace of releases depends on the status of planning and development – they can speed up or slow down. Even so, we hope to provide fans with as many games as possible, as quickly as possible.”
When asked about the next updated installment, he stated, “Unfortunately, I can’t give details about the next game yet. But the announcement time for the next updated title should be relatively soon… or at least that's the plan.”
Tomizawa on remastering Tales of Xilia 2 said: “As mentioned earlier, we take a 'quickly announce and release what's ready' approach.” In this vein Xillia 2 is still in development so it hasn't been announced. We will do our best to deliver updates as quickly as possible.”
Tales of Xilia updated will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam October 31st.
