Stefon Diggs Sues Influencer For Defamation Over Sexual Assault Allegations

Stefon Diggs is pursuing a social media star who accused him of drug use, sexual assault, and then plotting to kill him…and the NFL star called the allegations pure fiction!!

The claim that TMZ Sport received, was filed by Diggs, 31, on Oct. 1… with the Patriots star blaming a “potential social media influencer.” Christopher Blake Griffith about writing a dark story about him based on an alleged incident at Stephon's home in Rockville, Maryland in May 2023.

Diggs says he visited a local club with Griffith and other influencers after a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C., and then returned to Stefon's house. The Pats receiver says he then went to his bedroom and his assistant asked Griffith to leave, capping a fairly routine night.

However, more than two years later, in the summer of 2025, Diggs says Griffith made wildly false statements not only about the night of the basketball game, but also about an alleged violent incident a few days later that he claimed was orchestrated by the football player.

Griffith said Stephon “drugged and sexually assaulted” him and then conspired to kill him to “hide his homosexual/bisexual secrets from exposure.”

Diggs says Griffith not only posted the nonsensical accusations to his tens of thousands of followers, but also tagged the NFL and Patriots social media accounts, as well as Uggs, with whom Stefon has a sponsorship deal.

The Patriots star apparently had enough and pulled the trigger on a defamation suit, accusing Griffith of intentionally and knowingly lying for the sake of online clout, and severely damaging Diggs' reputation in the process.

We contacted Griffith's lawyer, Jake Lebowitz … who said, “Mr. Griffith looks forward to showing the world in court that, despite the tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs' high-priced New York lawyers, he is a victim of Mr. Diggs' unwanted sexual advances and his brother's brutal attacks.”
