Jane Doe 5 alleged that she endured “constant” harassment from Robinson while working for him as a housekeeper between 2005 and 2011, according to the petition.


She also alleged that he asked her to come into the bathroom while he was showering and asked her to rub his back.

John Doe 1 claims he began working for Robinson and his wife Frances Gladney doing detail work on their cars in 2013. He alleged that shortly after he began working for the family, Robinson began sexually harassing him and approached John Doe 1 while he was working, wearing only his underwear and allegedly touching himself inappropriately.

John Doe claims he was fired after the incident, but says Gladney asked him to return to work after a year. He said he returned but said the harassment continued, which he said caused him “humiliation, emotional distress and constant fear for his safety and dignity,” according to new legal documents.

All of the accusers said they ultimately abandoned the attacks, and all said they were afraid to come forward for fear of retaliation, public embarrassment and possible consequences for their immigration status.

The allegations against the two new alleged victims “mirror, in both substance and scope, the allegations already set forth by Jane Dawes 1-4 and substantially relate to the same time periods, locations and conduct of the same defendants,” the motion states.

He also asks the court to allow plaintiffs to file an amended complaint, and a hearing on that motion is scheduled for January 6, 2026.

In May Robinson sued four of his former employees for weeks of slander after they filed a lawsuit against the singer, who accused him of sexual assault and rape.

Robinson and Gladney countersued the women, accusing them of making false claims of sexual assault in an “extortion” lawsuit.

The singer has denied the allegations and is currently under investigation for sexual assault.

The department said in a May statement that its Special Victims Bureau is “actively investigating criminal allegations” against Robinson.
