Slasher cutting stranger's face in the Brooklyn subway Over the next 24 hours, the train carried out two more random knife attacks, police sources said on Sunday.
Police have released a photo of the suspect, who is still wanted, after he slashed a 37-year-old man on the left side of his face. on the Q train to Manhattan in Flatbush around 6:30 a.m. Saturday.
The victim got off the train at Church Avenue and alerted police while the attacker apparently remained on the subway until the next stop, police said.

After officers asked the public for help identifying the suspect, he attacked two more victims, each time coming up from behind and stabbing the victim on the left side of the face, sources said.
Around 9:40 p.m. Saturday, he stabbed a 53-year-old man to death near Foster and New York avenues, about a mile and a half from the Church Avenue station. Then, around 6:55 a.m. Sunday, he did the same to a 56-year-old man just a block from Newkirk and New York avenues, police said.

All three victims were taken to Kings County Hospital in stable condition, police said.
On Sunday afternoon, New York City police canvassed several Flatbush neighborhoods searching for the suspect.
Police on Saturday described the suspect as wearing a dark blue jacket, black shorts and white sneakers.

The attacks came about a week after the disturbing subway attack in Manhattan.
On October 16, Judge Jackson, 30, an emotionally disturbed homeless man with an extensive criminal history, allegedly stabbed a 51-year-old man in the back during an argument on the D train during rush hour.
The next day, police arrested Jackson and charged him with assault, and he has been locked up on Rikers Island ever since. The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.
