Sentinel Firing Core locations in ARC Raiders – Destructoid

All kinds of items are needed to progress. ARK Raidersbut none of them are as difficult to obtain as those associated with the various (and dangerous) ARCs.

Sentinel Firing Core is one such item that usually drops from, as the name suggests, Sentinels – powerful long-range ARCs that can destroy you in one shot. Luckily, you don't have to fight them to get fireballs, even if they throw them out all the time.

Here's where you should look.

How to get Sentinel Fire Cores in ARC Raiders

The best and easiest map for farming Sentinel Firing Cores is Dam Battlegrounds. This item can be found both from ARC Couriers (lower drop rate, but does not require combat) and from the Sentinels themselves.

ARC Couriers usually appear in the northern part of the map, which is also where players usually start their matches. You'll usually find them near the highway among the rocks above the hydroponic dome complex or in the east between the complex and the dam itself. Of course, there is something else at the top of the dam, across from the power complex and next to the pipeline tower.

These are random spawn locations, so they may or may not be there, although I believe at least one or two will spawn in these areas.

On the other hand, you can fight the Guardians themselves for loot. In the “Breach” section of the dam, where the crashed Baron lies, two Guardians will usually appear on either side of the wall. At least one of these will be present in almost every match, although getting to it can be a little tricky.

For this reason, it may be best to rush to the Red Lakes area and climb the stairs towards Research and Management, as one or two Guardians will appear near the top, overlooking the stairs. This is much easier to get to and rob.

Keep in mind that neither Couriers nor Guardians have a guaranteed number of Guardian Missile Cores, but you should be able to get everything you need over a few matches (assuming you don't get killed in the process, which is just a fact of life in ARK Raiders).
