She was a rising Latin superstar who died tragically at the height of her fame. Now, a new documentary looks set to chronicle the trailblazing life and legacy of Selena Quintanilla through the hit series “Selena y Los Dinos: A Family's Legacy.” Netflix.

Widely known as the Queen of Tejano music, Quintanilla combined her Mexican and American identities, bringing Tejano music to a wider audience and winning Grammys.

Thirty years after she was shot and killed at just 23 by her fan club manager, this feature-length film from director Isabel Castro includes never-before-seen archival footage, as well as new interviews and insights from friends and family.
