Seattle converted three two-point attempts between the fourth quarter and overtime.
The first came when it appeared the Rams were going to take control of the game. Darnold turned the ball over with 9:48 left in the game, giving up 16 points. Seattle was 0–172 all-time, trailing by at least 15 points in the fourth quarter. The odds were not on their side.
However, the Seahawks player returned the ball Rashid Shahid is back punt for a touchdown. That led to Darnold finding Cooper Kupp for the first two-point conversion.
On the next drive to Seattle, Darnold threw a pass to tight end AJ Barner in the end zone for a touchdown. Things got a little weird on the two-point attempt.

During the conversion attempt, Darnold threw a parallel pass intended for running back Zach Charbonnet. Rams pass rusher Jared Wehrs picked off the ball mid-pass and landed in the end zone. Charbonnet casually picked up the ball in the end zone, probably thinking the game was over.

Instead, the officials reviewed the play and determined that Darnold threw a backward pass and the ball was live when it bounced into the end zone. Because Charbonnet got the ball back, Seattle got two points. The game ended 30-30 with 6:23 left to play.
The Rams had a chance to take the lead, but Harrison Mevis missed a field goal that would have given the team three points. After this point, no violations occurred and the game went into overtime.
Stafford found Nacua for the big touchdown and took the lead, but Darnold responded.
Seattle won the game and advanced to the playoffs.
NFL fans needed a break after that game.
