On Tuesday, the Party of Five alum took to Instagram to wish Kelly a happy 49th birthday, sharing a throwback photo of herself smiling at a restaurant table. “Happy birthday to you. 🎂❤️🩹,” Scott captioned the photo.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that Kelly had been transferred from a Utah psychiatric hospital to another facility nearby, where she would remain for another six weeks as part of her ongoing recovery.
Scott and Kelly, who married in 2004, announced their separation in June after 21 years of marriage. At the time, Kelly called it “the hardest decision of my life.” Days later, she made headlines after live-streaming her arrest by police following social media posts.
In August, Kelly was arrested for doxxing Scott and faces numerous charges of offenses including electronic stalking. Court documents showed she was ordered to abstain from alcohol and drugs and undergo treatment.
Scott was given temporary sole custody of the former couple's three children while Kelly remains under a strict no-contact order as she continues her path to stability.
