Pantasy has developed some really cool building kits, including Officially licensed Astro Boy modelsA copy of gaming computerA retro computerA chewing gum machineand many others. From an interactive perspective, however, Claw Machine may be Pantasy's most ambitious product yet.
Recommended for builders 14 years and older, the 1,910-piece Claw Machine is a complex assembly with a wide variety of part types. It has five electronic modules powered by USB-C: a motor that is responsible for the claw's response to the movements of the arcade joystick, speakers for playing music and sound effects, a joystick control unit, an on/off switch, and LED indicators that flash during gameplay.
The set also includes eight brick prizes that can be placed in gashapon capsules: a clown hat, a circus tent, a crystal ball, a train, a cat, a gift box, a deck of cards and a Jack in the Box.
The finished machine measures 11.8 x 10.55 x 17.7 inches. The colorful circus theme looks great. In addition to the decorative figures around the edges, the top of the car features a circus sign flanked by a buildable clown figurine, a rabbit in a black magician's top hat, and balloons.
