This particular model boasts a huge 25,000mAh battery, 165W total charging power, and two built-in USB Type-C cables in case you forget to bring your own. It usually retails for $110, but today's deal brings the price down to $89.99, which is the lowest I've seen. Anker 25,000mAh 165W Power Bank for $89.99.
Anker's new power bank has a 25,000mAh battery, which is the second largest battery we've seen from Anker in a compact form factor. So what potential does this bring to modern gaming laptops? The 25,000 mAh battery corresponds to a 95 Wh capacity. An 80% energy efficiency rating (which is standard for power supplies) means you get about 76Wh of usable charge. This means this power bank will charge a Steam Deck or ROG Ally (40Wh) from empty to fully charged. 2 timesAsus ROG Ally X (80 Wh) 1 timeand Nintendo Switch (16 Wh) approx. 4.75 times.
The Anker power bank has one USB Type-C port and one USB Type-A port. Additionally, there are two built-in USB Type-C cables. One of them is a retractable cable that can be up to 2.3 feet long. The other is a 1-foot fixed rope that can be used as a lanyard when not in use. Each USB Type-C port delivers up to 100W of power for a total maximum power output of 165W. This means that all three USB outputs are capable of charging any gaming laptop at top speeds, including the Asus ROG Ally X, which supports up to 100W fast charging.
Another feature common to other Anker premium batteries is the digital LCD display. It displays a lot of information such as remaining battery capacity, current charging speed, input/output power, battery temperature, battery status, number of charge cycles and more.
TSA Approved
TSA states that batteries must be less than 100 Wh for carry-on luggage (check-in is prohibited under any circumstances). This Anker power bank is rated at 95Wh. You might get checked simply because it's a relatively massive power supply, but you shouldn't have any problems cleaning it.
