The US State Department announced Tuesday that it will revoke the visas of individuals who either celebrated the murder of Turning Point USA (TPUSA) founder Charlie Kirk or ridiculed other Americans.

“The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous murder of Charlie Kirk. These are just a few examples of foreigners who are no longer welcome in the United States,” the report said. “[President Trump] And [Secretary Rubio] We will protect our borders, our culture and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws.”
“Foreigners who take advantage of America's hospitality and celebrate the murder of our citizens will be removed,” it said.
In a thread posted on X, the State Department shared examples of comments from some foreigners whose visas were revoked.
“An Argentine citizen stated that Kirk 'dedicated his entire life to spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric' and deserves to burn in hell. Visa revoked,” the State Department wrote, attaching a photo to the message.
In a post by an Argentine national, a foreigner wrote: “Charlie Kirk can rest in his fucking piss, and again, if you have any sympathy for people like this, you can [go] go ahead and remove yourself from the number of my friends.”
The State Department also shared a post from a South African citizen who said, “Neanderthals can't have their cake and eat it too.”
“They marched openly against racist blacks this weekend and now they're hurt that a racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom? Charlie Kirk won't be remembered as a hero. He was used for astrotourism by the white nationalist trailer trash movement!” the post continued.

The State Department also wrote that the Mexican citizen's visa was revoked after Kirk said that “he died a racist, he died a misogynist” and that “there are people who deserve to die. There are people whose death would make the world a better place.”
The department also said it had revoked the visas of a Brazilian citizen, a German citizen and a Paraguayan citizen for the same reasons, including the text of each person's messages.
While many are around world held vigils in memory of TPUSA's founder, some Democrats opposed the support Kirk and TPUSA were receiving. However, backlash soon followed from those who publicly posted videos celebrating his death, with some dismissed from my job.
The State Department's announcement came after President Donald Trump posthumously awarded Kirk the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Tuesday.
