House On Thursday, they will try to beat President Donald Trump on two bills he recently vetoed.
One of them is “Complete Arkansas Valley Pipelines,” which calls for water to southeastern Colorado. Another option is the Miccosukee Reserved Areas Act Amendment Act. It transfers part of the Florida Everglades to the tribe.
Both bills passed the House and Senate unanimously.
The president criticized Democratic Colorado Gov. Jared Polis as a “bad” governor while explaining his reasons for vetoing the bill. The president was criticized by Rep. Lauren Boebert, a Colorado Republican whose district would benefit from the water project.

Overriding a veto requires a two-thirds vote of those who voted. Currently the Chamber has 431 members. Thus, if every member voted, it would take 288 years to reverse the decision. So you won't know the magic number until voting closes because it depends on the total number of people who voted.
There is a strong possibility that the House of Representatives will be able to override the president's veto – given the fact that the House of Representatives approved the bill unanimously.

Here's another footnote:
Senate also votes Thursday to rebuke the president over U.S. military powers and actions in Venezuela. A similar measure was close to being adopted in the fall, before the recent operation in Venezuela. It is unclear whether the war powers resolution will be adopted.
However, if the House overrides the president's veto of the Colorado water bill and the Senate votes on the war powers resolution, it would mark two rare rebukes from a Republican president in one day.
