The Congress brings together farmers, researchers, educators, advisors, policymakers and other industry leaders from around the world to discuss the latest advances in farm management and exchange ideas that will help shape a sustainable, prosperous and sustainable future for agriculture.

Congress also includes the Next Generation Program, an exclusive experience designed for emerging leaders and young professionals in the field of farm management. Before the Congress, participants will collaborate with Australian University faculty on an in-depth online case study of a farm business, applying management theory to real-world problems. Over the course of the week, the group will participate in a farm visit, directly examining farm operations to identify risks, opportunities and management strategies, and reporting their findings to Congress participants.

Companions are invited to take part in a special program of visits on Monday and Wednesday, as well as take part in excursions on Tuesday and Thursday and join the full social program.

Delegates can enhance their Congress experience by taking part in pre- and post-Congress tours.
