All-Pro Ravens cornerback Kyle Hamilton left the third quarter of Sunday's AFC North contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers with an apparent head injury, and Baltimore immediately suffered on the field in his absence.
Hamilton was injured on Pittsburgh's first drive of the inning when he collided helmet-to-helmet with teammate Alohi Gilman. The back of Hamilton's helmet hit the turf after colliding with Gilman.
Hamilton remained on the turf for several moments, but was eventually able to walk off the field on his own.

Both Gilman and Hamilton undergo concussion tests in the side medical tent. Gilman was allowed to return, but Hamilton left the field on a cart. His status was not immediately clear, but he remained off the field as the Steelers drove for their first touchdown of the game to tie the game 10-10.
A three-time Pro Bowler and two-time Pro Bowler in four seasons in the NFL, Hamilton is the anchor of Baltimore's secondary and arguably its most valuable defensive player. In addition to concerns about his health, the Ravens are significantly worse off without him on the field.
The winner of Sunday's game wins the AFC North and advances to the playoffs. The season of the losers is over.
