Ravens part ways with HC John Harbaugh after Week 18 loss to Steelers

Major shakeup in the AFC North: John Harbaugh is no longer head coach Baltimore Ravens after a defeat in the 18th week from Pittsburgh Steelers.

On Tuesday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that after “days of discussions,” the Ravens and Harbaugh ultimately decided to part ways.

Harbaugh's departure from Baltimore marks the second head coaching change in the division. Cleveland Browns Also at the beginning of the week, he parted ways with head coach Kevin Stefanski.

Under Harbaugh as head coach from 2008 to 2025, the Ravens went 180-113 and won one Super Bowl, an impressive resume that should definitely be of interest to any NFL team in need of a head coach this offseason.

One wonders if Mike Tomlin would have been in the same position as Harbaugh if Steelers lost on Sunday Night Football, missing just one field goal from Pittsburgh's Tyler Loop, potentially entering uncharted waters instead of Baltimore.
