Join the fight in Raiders of Blackveil
Wombo Games, an independent studio founded IO Interactive co-founder Janos Flösser has announced that the upcoming co-op roguelike Raiders of Blackveil will launch on Steam Early Access on December 15, 2025. In addition, a free demo version is already available on Steam that anyone can try.
Raiders of Blackveil offers a combination of strategy and action, designed for both solo adventurers and cooperative teams. The game perfectly combines MOBA-style champions, RPG loot systems, and PvE extraction gameplay. The Early Access release marks an important step in shaping the evolving world of Blackveil. It introduces a new biome called “Operation Harvest” with 11 new enemies and two major bosses. Along with these additions is an expanded perk system, new items, and improved mechanics. All of these features will be available when the game is fully released in 2026.

The game is set in a dystopian industrial fantasy world and follows the uprising of oppressed animals against the human-led mega-corporation known as Blackveil. Designed for one to three players, it challenges players to lead an uprising in brutal factories. Along the way, you'll uncover long-buried secrets, collect valuable loot, and strike back at a corporate empire.
