Rachel Zoe Makes Make Her Debut, Denise Richards Returns

Ladies from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” are back with a new trailer for the upcoming season.

Housewives regulars Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Bozoma St. John and Sutton Stracke are back for Season 15, premiering December 4 on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock. They were joined by Kathy Hilton, Jennifer Tilly and newcomer Natalie Swanston Fuller as “friends” of the cast.

In addition to the returning cast, fashion designer Rachel Zoe is returning to Bravo after more than a decade as a new Housewife. Also joining the group is newcomer Amanda Francis, a businesswoman who is friends with Richard and lives in her former family home.

Notably absent from the group is their former co-star Garcelle Beauvais. She announced her departure from the show in March. video from instagramleading to the broadcast of the Season 14 reunion in April. The final episode of the reunion ended with Beauvais refusing to take a photo with the cast, deciding instead walk off the set.

According to the official synopsis for season 15, “The women of Beverly Hills travel around the world, from the surf huts of the Hamptons to the cliffs of Sedona and the sun-drenched villas of Florence. They strengthen their bonds and indulge along the way, but the highs prove temporary. Beneath the glitz and glamor, old wounds are reopened as volatile alliances are formed and the women discover that fidelity is never guaranteed in the picturesque world. 90210”.

Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for Abandoned, starring Lena Headey and Gillian Anderson. The show will premiere on December 4th.

“The Abandoned” follows the matriarchs of “two different families, a rich family and a found family, who discover that their destinies are linked by two crimes: a secret, unhappy love and a piece of land with silver underneath.”

Additional cast includes Diana Silvers, Lamar Johnson, Natalia del Riego, Lucas Till, Ashling Franciosi, Toby Hemingway, Michael Greyes, Ryan Hurst, Caitlin Wells, Clayton Cardenas, El Maya Tailfeathers, Brian F. A teaser trailer and premiere date for the second season of the Prime Video series “The Night Manager” have been published. The first three episodes will air on January 11, with a new episode airing every Sunday until the season finale on February 1.

Eight years after the season one finale, season two will follow Pine (Tom Hiddleston), “now living as Alex Goodwin, who embarks on a dangerous new journey as he seeks to expose a conspiracy designed to destabilize the nation.”

Olivia Colman will reprise her role as Angela Burr alongside Alistair Petrie, Douglas Hodge, Michael Nardone and Noah Jupe. New cast members for season two include Diego Calva, Camila Morrone, Indira Varma, Paul Chahidi and Hayley Squires.

All six episodes will stream exclusively on Prime Video worldwide, as well as the BBC and BBC iPlayer in the UK.

The Black Network, a PVOD streamer telling Black stories and amplifying Black voices, is partnering with investment entertainment platform Rainmaker Films & Holdings to expand its original content, distribution network and investment impact.

Rainmaker will lead ITBN through growth initiatives, business strategy execution, content development and capital partnerships.

ITBN Founder and CEO James Dubose states, “The partnership with Rainmaker Films & Holdings marks a critical step in establishing In The Black Network as a global platform for diverse creators. Their deep expertise in financing and growing media companies complements our mission to create a sustainable, creator-centric ecosystem that creates both cultural and commercial impact.”

The deal was closed on October 31.

STREAMING

Samsung TV Plus and V10 Entertainment are launching a FAST channel dedicated to “America's Funniest Home Videos.” The channel is the first fully dedicated FAST channel of the AFV franchise and will feature over 200 episodes from the last ten seasons of the series, hosted by Alfonso Ribeiro. The channel will be available later this year, and starting in 2026, Samsung TV Plus will also show seasonal episodes of the current series, which airs Sunday nights on ABC.

“America's Funniest Home Videos” Ranks 36thth season in October this year. The show began as a television special in 1989 and became a weekly series in 1990. Bob Saget hosted the series until 1997, when he was replaced by John Fugelsang and Daisy Fuentes, and then Tom Bergeron, who hosted the show from 2001 to 2015. Robertson has hosted the show since 2015.

GREEN LIGHT

MGM+ has greenlit The Hillside Strangler, a four-part true-crime documentary that chronicles the infamous murders that gripped Los Angeles in the late 1970s and the investigation that followed. The documentary series will premiere on January 18.

The series follows the investigation into the Hillside Strangler, who struck without warning, kidnapped, raped and murdered a dozen women and girls, leaving their bodies exposed on hillsides. The crimes set off the largest manhunt in Los Angeles history, led by a relentless homicide detective.

“The Hillside Strangler is a thrilling deep dive into the notorious serial murder that terrorized Southern California in the late 1970s,” said Michael Wright, head of MGM+. “This documentary series delivers an immersive experience with unprecedented access to one of the most high-profile cases in American crime history, offering MGM+ viewers the premium, thought-provoking storytelling they have come to expect from our brand.”

Peter LoGreco serves as showrunner and director of the docuseries, with Eli Holtzman and Aaron Saidman executive producing Intellectual Property, a Sony Pictures Television company, and Tim Walsh.

PARTNERSHIP

AMC+, MGM+ and STARZ have launched a new triple pack exclusively on Prime Video in the US for $19.99 per month – a 31% savings compared to purchasing the streaming services yourself.

The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon and episode three of Anne Rice's Thalamasca: Secret Order on AMC+ and MGM+'s From and The Institute are available on streaming services. Additionally, the set also includes the romantic adventure Robin Hood on MGM+, as well as the season finale The Book of Power IV: The Force and Outlander: Blood of My Blood on STARZ.

INITIATIVES

Kristen Bell, Kyle MacLachlan and Eric Adjepong teamed up with Save the Children to highlight the impact of Head Start and early childhood education during Head Start Awareness Month in October.

A video was published for the launch Instagram in which the trio read and interacted with children in the Save the Children-supported Head Start and early childhood programs across the United States. They also shared messages about why early learning matters, recognizing that Head Start helps children build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

FIRST LOOKS

The first look and premiere date for the second season of Apple TV's The Last Thing He Told Me have been revealed. The eight-episode season debuts worldwide on February 20.

Season two will follow Hannah (Jennifer Garner) and her stepdaughter Bailey (Angourie Rice) after Owen (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) returns to their lives after five years on the run. As the three begin to reconcile, they must figure out how to reunite their family before the past catches up with them.

New and returning cast members include Judy Greer, Rita Wilson, Augusto Aguilera, Josh Hamilton, Nick Hargrove, Michael Galante, John Noble, Michael Hyatt and Luke Kirby.

The series is produced by 20th Television and Reese Witherspoon's Hello Sunshine, part of Candle Media.

PROGRAMMING

Peacock's new documentary “High Horse: Black Cowboy” Executive produced by Jordan Peele's Monkeypaw Productions, the film will premiere on November 20th.

The historical documentary will tell the true story of a Black cowboy confronting and reclaiming the Old West's past. The series features original interviews with Jordan Peele, Bun B, Blanco Brown, Pam Grier, Lori Harvey, INK, Tina Knowles, Rick Ross, Glynn Turman, Lynae Vani and The Compton Cowboys.

The first episode of Bloomberg's new original series “Infinite Explorer with Hannah Fry” is available now on Bloomberg Originals, YouTube and Bloomberg TV.

The six-part series follows Hannah Fry, a British professor, mathematician and award-winning science presenter, as she embarks on a global journey to “uncover the hidden patterns and extraordinary stories” that shape our world, as told through diverse natural landscapes.
