Even MAGA Newsmax is calling Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's Sept. 2 boat bombings a war crime.
“I don't take any pleasure in saying what I'm about to say because I worked with Pete Hegseth for seven or eight years at Fox News,” judge Andrew Napolitano said on Tuesday's broadcast. “This is an act of war crime. An order to the survivors – who are required by law – saved– instead of being killed.”
Napolitano continued.
“There is absolutely no legal basis for this. Everyone who did this, from the secretary of defense to the admiral and the people who actually pulled the trigger, should be held accountable for a war crime for the murder of these two men.”
Wow. A Newsmax legal analyst just said that Pete Hegseth and everyone involved in the illegal boat strike should be “prosecuted for war crimes.”
