Paul McCartney left Strawberry Fields for another idyllic location – the overpass in Tulsa, Oklahoma… no, we're not kidding.
On Thursday, the singer-songwriter shared a TikTok video of himself in the Sooner State on the banks of a river… sitting on a hillside just below a huge highway overpass.
The Prime Minister says he has a great view of the “pretty big and cool” Arkansas River… and he turns the camera to show his followers the view he's looking at.
It's a tranquil place… although we think beauty here may just be in the eye of the beholder – because the graffiti on the nearby stone building and the overpass behind Paul doesn't quite want to make us “Turn and Scream.”
Paul then says hello to the butterfly he apparently saw (even though it's not actually in the video) and says it feels like spring…even though it's October.
McCartney is currently on his “Got Back” tour…and earlier this week he performed in Tulsa at the BOK Center. Tomorrow he will head to Texas for a concert at the Alamodome and then head to New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville and many other popular arenas across the country.
Either way… it looks like Paul is enjoying Oklahoma – although we have to wonder maybe he was on a date with Lucy and her Diamond Sky before posting that TikTok!
