NYT Strands Today (Game #624) – Answers
Answers to today's Strands, game #624:
- GUIDE
- SERVICE
- GUARD
- Cattle breeding
- THERAPY
- SAVE
- SPANGRAM: WORKING DOGS
- My rating: Hard
- My rating: 1 hint
When I saw the Paw Patrol theme, my first guess was that we would be looking for different animals with paws, but after I looked up the word “dogs” and it turned out to be a non-game word, I had to rethink. Only later did I realize that this was just part of the WORKINGDOGS program.
I managed to get started after looking at GUIDE and SERVICE, but it wasn't until the hint gave me GUARD that I realized what we were looking for.
After completing this list, I started thinking about how many different roles service dogs serve in the human world, and this search didn't even include the most famous dog job of solving riddles and eating Scooby snacks.
