Nursery rhyme I'm a little teapot helped me get two out of today's yellow group and that was enough to seal the deal.
My difficulties began in the group that became ARISE, when I tried to combine all four groups, including AIR and RAIN, before I finally narrowed it down.
STACKS were a confusing element of LIBRARY SECTIONS, a term I hadn't heard of before, but the last time I visited a library was in the 2010s, so it's more my ignorance than some obscure phrase.

What is NYT Connections?
NYT Connections is one of several increasingly popular word games created by the New York Times. You'll find groups of four items that have something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is easy, yellow is a little harder, blue is often quite hard, and purple is usually very hard.
On the other hand, you technically don't need to solve the last question since you can answer it by process of elimination. Moreover, you can make up to four mistakes, which gives you some breathing room.
However, it's a bit more complex than something like Wordle, and the game has plenty of opportunities to confuse you with tricks. For example, beware of homophones and other word games that can disguise answers.
It can be played for free via New York Times gaming site on your desktop computer or mobile phone.
