There's an old saying about putting the fox to guard the hen house, and I think it applies here too.
Thought experiment: Imagine you are tasked with creating a national immigration control system. When you start looking at staffing this system, doesn't it seem logical that you would entrust this task of deciding who should and should not enter the country to people who are at least citizens, preferably people born in the country? This seems to make sense, but for some reason Sweden has decided to become completely “multicultural” in its Migration Agency.
Report from General news provides An unprecedented look at Sweden's migration agency, highlighting issues related to staff composition, workplace culture and internal practices. Sources who have worked at the agency for decades describe a complex environment shaped by language groups, clan affiliations and internal loyalties.
Currently, the majority of the agency's approximately 6,000 employees are of non-Swedish origin. Many do not have Swedish citizenship, and employees often speak their own language within their group. According to the source: “The biggest impact on the situation is that everyone speaks their own language, so you don’t understand what is being said between groups and colleagues.” These dynamics, coupled with long-standing clan networks, have reportedly led to the infusion of a Middle Eastern clan mentality into daily activities.
Are most immigration officers not Swedish? How many of them are not citizens?
What could go wrong? Well, all these things:
The source described how group loyalties influence decisions on residence permits, work permits and other administrative matters, sometimes benefiting relatives or clan members. This behavior has become so normal that it occurs openly, without any fear of internal consequences. In addition, chants and songs such as “from the river to the sea” were heard in the agency's break room, reflecting the political or cultural background of some employees.
Group loyalty rather than loyalty to Sweden. Crude tribalism – and these people work in the service that decides who comes and goes to and from Sweden, and who is allowed to stay. This can't end well. If the Swedish government manages to muster up the courage to reform its Migration Agency so that it employs, you know, real Swedes, they (being the Europigs) will shrivel up and turn to dust amid cries of “racism!”
If they leave non-Swedish people in charge of the country, they will lose their culture. But then they already lose their culture.

In fact, it's getting to the point that Sweden, once a mellow, even bucolic country and a wonderful holiday destination, is heading towards third world status.
Sweden's problems have attracted international attention. Canada recently posted the country in the same travel advisory category as Türkiye and Morocco, citing increased banditry and terrorism risks. Authorities warned travelers to remain vigilant in residential areas, shopping centers and public places, citing a rise in crime linked to migration pressure.
These are not “challenges” for Sweden. These are self-inflicted wounds. Sweden not only opened the city walls and invited the invaders to enter, but also handed the invaders the keys to the city gates.
Sweden is only a step or two ahead of the rest of Europe. And here's the thing: American liberals, the “diversity-loving” leftists, would happily allow the same thing to happen here. Imagine if Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were recruited from illegal immigrants – do you think it would work?
