Here's what's in this week's newsletter:
Nobody wants this is back for a second season, and just like the first season of this huge Netflix hit, these new episodes continue to prove why Adam Brody and Kristen Bell have some of the best chemistry on TV right now. The second season picks up where the first left off, with Joanna (Bell) and Noah (Brody) developing their new relationship while continuing to take steps forward, such as throwing a dinner party together and toying with the idea of moving in together. But will Joanna's Jewishness continue to be an obstacle that Noah cannot overcome?
In addition, Leighton Meester, Seth Rogen, Kate Berlant and Ariane Moayed guest stars this time. I mean Adam and Leighton?! Plus, Continuity Arian and Justine Lupe reunion?! Talk less. Nobody wants this continues to be perfect viewing, reminding us that sometimes it's nice to sit down and watch two people try to figure out their love story.
The latest Hollywood biopic that also feels like Oscar bait. Deliver me out of nowhere follows the legendary Bruce Springsteen (Jeremy Allen White), when he conceived and recorded his 1982 album, Nebraskawhich marked a noticeable departure from the rock and roll sound he had been known for up to that point. The film explores what was going on in Bruce's life at the time and also looks back at his upbringing in New Jersey.
Since this only applies Nebraska I found the album a little thin for a biopic; however, if you're a hardcore Springsteen fan, you won't want to miss this. White is also captivating as a legend, and it's incredible to watch him embody such a great stage performer. His singing as Springsteen is worth the price of admission, especially when he records “Born in the USA.”
McKenna Grace and Mason Thames could be my new Tom Holland and Zendaya. Although the duo have not publicly confirmed their dating rumorsthey're so cute on the press tour I'm sorry about youtheir upcoming rom-com. So, to celebrate their new film, we invited them play with the puppies while answering questionsand it was one of the most useful and charming things you will see today. They have such great chemistry off-screen and it made me love them even more. They discuss filming the film, talk about their celebrity crushes and much more. This week was Wicked at night Dancing with the Starsand it's officially halfway through the season. While there were some incredible dances last night, my personal favorites were: Robert Irvine and Witney Carson's jazz to “Dancing Through Life,” Elaine Hendrix and Alan Bersten's contemporary to “Defying Gravity,” and Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa's rumba to “For Good.” earned three tens. Honestly, Elaine and Robert deserve a 10 too. Scott Hoying ended up being eliminated this week, much to Andy Richter's shock LOL.
Here are the funniest (and best) reactions this week. DVTS episode:
Who is your favorite actor and what is their favorite movie or TV series?
My favorite actor Elizabeth Olsenand my favorite project of hers is probably WandaVision. I sincerely believe WandaVision it's the best thing the MCU has done. Period. I think what she did on that show was sensational and it should have won her an Emmy. Outside of the MCU, I'd say my favorite Lizzie movie is Ingrid goes west from Aubrey Plaza. It's such a fun movie and they're both great in it.
Well, that's all I have for this week's episode. Screen time. Check back every week for more TV and film recommendations, which celebrities we work with, and more!
